🔄 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings
  • Items bought during the sale or discount offers
  • Products showing signs of use or damage

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • You may return an eligible item and place a fresh order.

  • Ekshar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
