🔄 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings
- Items bought during the sale or discount offers
- Products showing signs of use or damage
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
🔁 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
- You may return an eligible item and place a fresh order.

- Ekshar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
- Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
