📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • Within India: Delivery takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary for remote locations.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

 

To maintain fast service and prevent order cancellation issues, the following conditions apply to COD orders:

  • Eligibility: COD is available for orders up to ₹1,499. Orders exceeding ₹1,499 must be paid via prepaid payment options (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
  • COD Handling Fee: A non-refundable COD processing fee of ₹50 applies to all cash-on-delivery orders regardless of cart total.
  • Verification: To ensure valid delivery, COD orders may require verification via WhatsApp confirmation or OTP before dispatch. Unverified orders will be canceled automatically after 24 hours.
  • Non-Acceptance / RTO: If a COD order is rejected at the doorstep without prior communication, Ekshar reserves the right to disable COD as a payment option for future purchases associated with that contact details/address.
